Group Rates are available for groups with advance reservations only. A Group Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival at the Park either by phone or our online reservation system.

With every 15 tickets purchased you will receive 1 complimentary Chaperone ticket. A Bus Driver w/ a valid CDL License may receive a complimentary ticket at Guest Relations upon presentation of their license. (limit, 10 per group)
RAINCHECK POLICY
Rain Checks are issued if all attractions are closed due to inclement weather. You must present a same day, paid ticket stub when leaving the park while attractions are closed. If the park closes for inclement weather after 4pm, a return ticket will be issued for a return visit valid after 4pm. No rainchecks are issued for complimentary tickets, including previous rainchecks.
MILITARY DISCOUNTS
Good Any Day Discount Tickets are available at the following bases

We recommend that you pre-purchase your tickets at one of the above locations as a way to expedite your entrance into the park. However, if you are unable to access any of the locations, you may show your military ID at the admission window at the park to receive $5.00 off when purchasing your General Admission tickets.
CABANAS
We have cabanas in three locations, adjacent to Happy Harbor, and on the right and left sides of our wave pool. Each cabana has an open area and a shaded area. The cabanas have a table and four chairs and four lounge chairs. The cabana rental fee includes two lockers located at the cabana area as well as waitress service. You will find a food menu on your table along with an order card. The food orders are picked up at 11:30 am and the food will be delivered at the time you specify beginning at noon. Beverage service for the day is available; ask your waiter/waitress for information.
We recommend that you make a reservation to guarantee a cabana. Cabana reservations are taken ONLINE only. To make your online reservation, please visit our website under “Cabana Rentals”.
When making a reservation you will need to provide your address, phone number and a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

WHAT CAN A CHILD UNDER 48” TALL RIDE?
We have two large children’s areas – Happy Harbor and Splash Island. There are no height requirements for Thunderbay Wave Pool, Leisure Lagoon or Shipwreck Cove. However, children Under 48” must wear a lifejacket and be accompanied by an adult in the Wavepool and Shipwreck Cove. With adult supervision children under 45” tall may ride Lazee River and Cyclone Zone. Also children 42” to 45” tall may ride Runaway Raft Ride if accompanied by an adult.
PICNIC BASKET & COOLER POLICY
Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe is concerned about your safety. To ensure the safety and security of our guests, our front gate policy requires that all bags and containers are subject to search. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE OR COOLERS will be permitted into the park with the exception of unopened bottled water and needed baby items. For the convenience of those electing to bring a picnic basket or cooler, you can now access your cooler from inside the park by checking your cooler for a $2 fee per cooler. Picnic tables outside of our cooler storage picnic area are extremely limited. The following cannot be checked in cooler storage: boxes, grocery style bags or open bags). Alcoholic beverages, glass items, sharp metal objects (knives) and grills are prohibited.
MAY I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE PARK?
You may leave and re-enter the park on the same day if you stop at the exit turnstile and receive a wristband. If your car leaves the parking lot, you will be charged the parking fee upon re-entry.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe requires anyone using our water attractions to wear a bathing suit. (No cut-offs, rivets or thongs). Swimwear with hard plastic or metal components is prohibited on all fiberglass attractions. Extreme swimwear is not permitted.
Swim diapers or plastic pants are required for children wearing diapers or training pants.
TUBES, RAFTS & LIFEVESTS
Inner tubes on rides that require them are provided free of charge.
Life vests in various sizes are available at no charge.
ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE PARK
Flotation devices are not allowed with the exception of U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests. Water wings and donut rings are allowed only in certain areas, and only if the child is under adult supervision.
Radios, tape/cd players or televisions without earphones are not allowed. Boogie boards and large floats are prohibited.
SAFETY ISSUES
Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe Water Park employs over 100 lifeguards and attendants. The First Aid Station is staffed by EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians), and is open during park operating hours and special functions.
Children age 12 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
Only you know your own, or your child’s, or who you are supervising level of swimming skills. We strongly recommend Guests under 48” or who are weak or non-swimmers wear Coast Guard approved lifejackets where appropriate. Anyone under 48” tall MUST wear a lifejacket AND be accompanied by an adult in the Wave Pool and Shipwreck Cove. Lifejackets are available at the Wave Pool and Shipwreck Cove.
LOCKERS
Please secure all valuables. Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Locker Rentals are available for both full day and after 4pm. The rental rate for a Large locker for a full day is $13.00, a Regular size locker for a full day is $9.00. The after 4pm rates are $11.00 for a Large locker and $7.00 for a Regular locker.
DONATION REQUESTS
Wet'n Wild Emerald Pointe cares about its community. The event for which the donation will be given must occur between March 1, 2010 and August 15, 2010. To submit a donation request, please fax your donation letter on school letterhead, to 336-852-2391 attn: Donations . Only requests received in February and March will be considered for 2010 tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
