  • How do I download and save my Mobile Pass?

    There are two easy ways to get your Mobile Season Pass.

    At Time of Purchase During Checkout

    Simply upload your photo during the checkout process. This will automatically create your Mobile Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email.

    After Purchase through Guest Portal

    If you already purchased your pass and did not upload a photo during the checkout process, you can log into the Guest Portal and upload a photo. If you wish to change your photo, please visit Guest Relations.

    Already have a physical Season Pass? It’s easy to go Mobile! To do so, sign in or create a Guest Portal account to download and save your Mobile Season Pass. It's important to note that you must log in using the email address associated with the Season Pass you would like to convert.

  • How do I access the Guest Portal?

    To access the Guest Portal and manage your Season Passes, you first need to create an account using the passholder's email address. (Please note that this email may be different from the one used during checkout.)

    Follow the prompts to create your account. Once you have completed the process, an email with a one-time verification code will be sent to the address you used to create your account. After entering the verification code to confirm your email, you will gain access to the portal!

    Once you’re in the Guest Portal, you can manage all Season Passes associated with your email address. You’ll be able to view the status of your Season Pass, download it to your mobile device, check how many guest tickets remain on your account, and view related perks.

  • How do I get a digital pass?

    To get a digital pass, upload your photo during the checkout process. This will automatically create your digital Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email. 

  • What happens after you upload your photo and complete your digital pass purchase?

    Once you complete your order, you will receive two emails to the email address provided during checkout. One will include your order confirmation and transaction information, and the other will include your Season Passes. You can download and add your Season Passes to your Google or Apple Wallet directly from the email. 

  • Can I get a physical pass instead of a digital pass?

    While we strongly recommend you get a digital Season Pass, physical Season Passes are still available. To get a Physical Season Pass, do not upload a photo during the checkout process. You will receive an email with your Season Pass vouchers, which can be processed at the park. 

  • Can I have a physical pass and a digital pass at the same time?

    Yes, but it is not recommended. For the best guest experience, we suggest using only one type of Season Pass.

  • What are the steps for converting a physical pass into a digital pass?

    Already have a physical Season Pass? Go digital! To do so, sign in or create a Guest Portal account. You will then follow the steps below to create a digital version of your Season Pass. It's important to note that you must log in using the email address associated with the Season Pass you would like to convert.

    • Log in to the Guest Portal
    • Select My Season Passes from the main menu on the lefthand side
    • Find the pass you would like to digitize and click the area that says Please upload your photo to download your pass or the brown pencil icon on the photo in the righthand corner of the pass.
    • Follow the instructions for uploading or taking a photo and save
    • Click the Download Season Pass button 

    You can now add this pass to your Google or Apple Wallet!

  • What can I do with the new Guest Portal?

    You can use the Guest Portal for the following:

    • Easily view and manage your Season Passes
    • Upload your photo and convert your physical pass to a digital pass
    • View your benefits  
    • Change the date of upcoming tickets, cabanas and other extras
    • See all of your previous purchases
    • Purchase extras
  • How do I view my benefits and buddy ticket usage in the Guest Portal?

    • Log in or create an account in the new Guest Portal.
    • Select “My Season Passes” from the main menu on the lefthand side
    • Find the pass you are inquiring about and click the “My Options” button
    • To see all of your benefits for that pass click “What’s included in my pass”
    • To see how many buddy pass you have remaining, click “My Benefits”
