We do have changing and shower facilities to ensure your comfort here at Wet ‘n Wild Emerald Pointe, conveniently located at Davey Jones at the front of the park.

You can also choose to rent a private cabana for the day, where you can enjoy unlimited breaks in your own private shaded area. It is always a good idea to wear sunscreen at Wet ’n Wild, whether you’ll be spending most of your time in the shade or in direct sunlight.
What about my eye glasses?
Eye glasses may be worn on some attractions with a head strap. Please check the safety rating information at the front of each attraction for more information.
What about water safety?
Over 150 Ellis & Associates trained and licensed Lifeguards are stationed throughout the park for proper ride dispatching and guest assistance in splashdown pools. The First Aid Station is staffed by EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) and is open during park operating hours and special functions. They are all here for your safety and service.
What if I have a disability?
If you have a disability, please visit our Park Policies & Tips Page, our Accessibility & Sensory Guide or email us at [email protected] for information regarding accessibility and accommodations. A manager will share which rides and attractions are appropriate for your abilities and will help you make the most of your visit.
What is your chaperone policy?
We strongly suggest that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
Where are the best places to go with a toddler?
We have a variety of children’s water play areas including Happy Harbor, Splash Island, the Kiddie Wave Pool, Rumble Bay and Soak Zone.
Can I bring cell phones, cameras or GoPros on rides?
No. Cell Phones, Cameras, GoPros, or any other recording devices (photography or video) are prohibited on all rides to ensure the safety of our guests. Violation of this policy is subject to park dismissal.
Can we bring our own life jacket?
Guests are permitted to bring their own life jackets. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that only Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted for those under 48 inches in both Shipwreck and Thunder Bay Wave Pool.
Is my child safe in the water park?
We employ hundreds of lifeguards who have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides; however, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to babysit children. Always keep your child within arm’s reach, and if your child is in the water, you should be too.
What about my valuables?
Are you bringing valuables into the park? We’ll make sure they stay safe and secure! Locker rentals are available at Wet ’n Wild. Lockers are self-service and self-pay (we accept debit or credit card payment options). Our lockers are offered in a variety of sizes and rental prices, depending on what suits you best. We kindly ask that you make sure all valuables are securely stored. Wet ’n Wild will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We reserve the right to close for any severe weather situation, or condition, which might interfere with our guest’s safety or enjoyment of the park. Weather is unpredictable and can pose certain health and safety hazards. In certain severe weather situations, the Park may shut down rides and direct people to certain areas or direct people to leave the park altogether. Please make sure to obey all Park instructions, if any are given.
What is Wet ‘n Wild Emerald Pointe’s Smoking Policy?
For the comfort of all guests, smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is only permitted in designated smoking areas: The Crow’s Nest and Dockside Bar. Smoking outside of designated areas is not allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
